About me
I had the opportunity to take part in many different geographies, cities, cultures and projects during my nearly 20 years of vocational education and business life. I had the chance to design and manage projects from the largest to the smallest, from the simplest to the most complex, with different functions and extreme conditions. During this period, I took part in more than 200 projects. I met great people, worked day and night when necessary and had a share in the realization of many award-winning projects.
Among the companies and organizations I have designed and managed projects in my business life, TC. There are names such as Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality, TOKİ, Enka, Polimeks, DAP Yapı, Ege Yapı, Astaş AŞ., Esas Holding, İlbak Holding, Cevahir Holding, AHK, Summa.
At the end of the last 3 years I have worked intensively to improve myself and gain new perspectives besides my business life; I completed my thesis on "Artificial Intelligence in Architectural Design: Use of Convolutional Neural Networks in Site Plan Design" and completed my master's degree in Real Estate Development at ITU.
I have developed a business model that thoroughly examines every subject in order to offer the best solution both theoretically and practically to my employers in the fields of architectural design, project management, real estate development and investment management. I am constantly improving my system by following new technologies.
Architectural design, land development and planning studies are long and complex processes that require great attention and care. We first create our built environment, and over time, our built environment creates a new we. This transforms over time. As a real estate development expert architect, we want to be active rather than passive in this process; I aim for the most effective, sustainable and useful design, project process and investment management.
